Rad Transport Terms and Conditions
Airport Arrival Services
Flight Monitoring & Adjustments
When Rad Transport receives your flight details, we actively monitor your arrival to ensure our pickup times are adjusted accordingly. Should changes in your arrival time require our driver to wait beyond a 30-minute courtesy period after the scheduled arrival, additional wait time charges may be applied.
Recommended Pickup Scheduling
We recommend scheduling your pickup from Park City and its environs at least 2 hours before your flight’s departure to guarantee a smooth transition to the airport. For downtown areas, a lead time of 90 minutes is advisable, considering the efficiency of the airport processes.
Service Options
Curbside Service
Opting for our curbside service, you’ll receive a text with your driver’s location for easy coordination upon landing. Pickups are usually in the designated limo area, with the flexibility to adjust based on operational discretion. Rad Transport may upgrade this service to an Inside Greeting service as needed.
Greet and Assist Service
Our Greet and Assist service ensures your chauffeur meets you with a sign at baggage claim, assists with your luggage, and guides you to your vehicle, facilitating a seamless airport exit.
Fees and Charges
Transparent Pricing
Our pricing is transparent, with base rates reflecting non-peak times, excluding gratuity but inclusive of any service fees applicable.
Gratuity Policy
A standard gratuity of 20% is added to your fare for convenience, adjustable at the passenger’s discretion or in cases of service disputes.
Hourly Bookings
Non-airport transfer services are billed hourly from the vehicle’s departure from our garage to its return, with a minimum booking time to ensure fairness.
Additional Charges
An access charge for airport pickups and a per-reservation booking fee are applied. Fees for extra stops and wait times are specified, with dynamic pricing adjustments during peak periods to ensure competitive service.
Adjustments and Cancellations
Cancellation Process
Cancellations must be communicated via phone to ensure timely processing. More than 24 hours’ notice incurs no charge beyond a non-refundable booking fee. Late cancellations are subject to fees to cover dedicated resources and driver commitments.
Failure to Cancel
Not cancelling within the stipulated timeframe or failing to meet the arranged pickup will result in a charge of the full fare, inclusive of all fees and gratuities, as compensation for the reserved service.
Operational Policies
Capacity Guidelines
Our vehicle capacities are based on safety and comfort, with no added fees per person or for luggage. Exceeding these limits may necessitate alternative arrangements at the client’s expense.
Liability and Conduct
Rad Transport aims for punctuality and reliability but is not liable for delays beyond our control. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate or illegal behavior during service.
Lost and Found
While we strive to return items left in our vehicles, Rad Transport cannot be held responsible for lost belongings. Efforts to return found items will be made upon request, subject to a handling fee.
